According to the rumor mill, Roubaix winner Dylan van Baarle is making the switch from Ineos to Jumbo-Visma.
“You know more than we do”, sports director Maarten Wynants responds in the podcast Sporza Koers. “Nothing has been confirmed for the time being. There are still hijackers on the coast.”
And when he comes, won’t Jumbo-Visma be sitting in a yard with two roosters? Both Van Baarle and Wout van Aert excel in the Ronde and Roubaix.
Wynants: “Dylan van Baarle has to decide his own future. If he chooses us, he also knows that he will race with Wout van Aert in the team.”
“But for the time being he is not yet a member of our team”, the sports director points out.
