The author, Felicien Taris

Félicien Taris, lives between Paris and his native Chalosse in the Landes. Strong personality in his youth chalossaise, he was approached to go up to Paris and participate in an innovative TV show the “loft story” on M6 in 2002. Success is there. His curiosity for this media world, and his desire to create allows this autodidact to push the song in a very Southwestern spirit with “the cum cum mania” which becomes N ° 1 of the top 50. He connects shows throughout France. Then, passionate about sport and eager to share his knowledge, he became the author of successful sports books with his collection “A whole story” at Ramsay and then decided to put these books into images by becoming a producer and co-director of sports documentaries such as “All Blacks at the heart of the myth” for Canal+ or “Le Crunch” on France 2. Always very attached to his region, he embarked on a new challenge in 2017: the creation of an innovative restaurant concept “O’FAM » revisiting the products of the South-West and in particular those of Chalosse in tapas. Success is there with in less than 5 years (and despite the covid period) three establishments (2 in Levallois and 1 in Paris 4th, Morland district). Always concerned with showcasing his native region, he is also developing a large leisure accommodation project on his Landes lands which will see the light of day in 2023. A tireless entrepreneur, Félicien Taris has been proving for 20 years with each new thoughtful project, built and concretized, its determination, its fidelity and its creativity.
