KOMPAS.com – Carlo Ancelotti talks about the future of his coaching career. The Italian tactician said that he wanted to retire at Real Madrid.
In an interview with Prime Video as quoted from BrandCarlo Ancelotti has expressed his intention to retire after his contract at Real Madrid expires in the summer of 2024.
However, Ancelotti insists that he is ready to continue to lead Los Blancos, if the club still needs his services.
“After this period at Real Madrid, I will most likely retire,” said Ancelotti, Tuesday (3/5/2022).

“But if Real Madrid wanted me here for another 10 years, I would be here for another 10.”
This season is Ancelotti’s second spell with Real Madrid.
In the first period (2013-2014 and 2014-2015), the 52-year-old coach was successful.
At that time, he succeeded in bringing Cristiano Ronaldo and his friends to various titles, one of which was La Decima, Real Madrid’s 10th crown in the European Cup/Champions League.

In addition, there is the Copa del Rey trophy, European Super Cup and Club World Cup that Ancelotti presented.

As for the Spanish League trophy, Don Carlo, as Ancelotti is called, is the only coach to win in the top 5 European leagues.
Don Carlo is also still likely to win the Champions League trophy this season with Real Madrid.

The condition is that Los Blancos must beat Manchester City first in the semifinals, before fighting to win the Big Ear trophy in the final.
Returning to Ancelotti’s future, the coach also revealed other options after his second spell at Madrid.
Asked about the chance to train the Canadian national team, Ancelotti did not rule out the possibility.
“The future national team could be an option. Canada? Why not? I would like it,” said the former AC Milan coach.
