GROWTH. The national professional baseball academies will hold a league in which all the young prospects in Panama, aged between 14 and 16, will participate.

The event, called the Panama Prospect Tournament, is scheduled for the months of September and October at the Rod Carew National Stadium.

The academies that belong to the Major League Baseball (MLB) Private Coaches Program (Partnership) met and formed the board of directors that will govern this event.

The league has the endorsement of the MLB Latin American Operations Office
