Roboticket will be the successor to Ticketmaster from the 2022-2023 season and will provide a completely new user experience.
“The Belgian football fan will soon be ordering tickets, subscriptions or drink cards via Roboticket via a user-friendly interface, also via smartphone”, says brand new Pro League CEO Lorin Parys.
“The collaboration is unique in the international football landscape. Nowhere else do so many professional clubs use the same, uniform ticketing platform. This increase in scale benefits both clubs and supporters.”
In total, 25 of the 26 professional clubs have already agreed. Only Antwerp would not participate in the story for the time being, Belga learned.
The system has already been extensively tested, including for Anderlecht ticket sales for the Cup final.
“Via the services of the new provider, fan registration will be safer, it will be much easier for the supporter to order in an instant and the ticketing platform offers additional integration options to our clubs”, according to the Pro League.
“Roboticket combines all this with a user-friendly interface, both in the browser and on the smartphone.”
