Serie A – A fatal dumpling: Inter, beaten in Bologna, let AC Milan slip away in the lead

Inter Milan may have lost little more than a game in Bologna. While the Nerazzurri could regain the lead in the championship and once again become the master of their destiny for the title after this late match of the 20th day, they were surprised (2-1). This ugly defeat, caused by a terrible error by goalkeeper Ionuț Radu at the end of the match, could be decisive in the awarding of the Scudetto, since it is AC Milan who now have a hand on the Serie A crown, with two points ahead of its neighbor with four games remaining.

To say that everything had started well for the Nerazzurri, perhaps a little too well for that matter. Ivan Perisic actually allowed himself to score the fastest goal of the season for Inter, with a clear strike that left no chance for Kukasz Skorupski, after a one-two and a small bridge (0 -1, 3rd). What followed looked like a long ordeal for Bologna, which did not see the light of day for long minutes against an initially irresistible Inter team.

Inter may have lost the title on a dumpling

Then, the machine was somewhat jammed for the men of Simone Inzaghi. After hunkering down and letting the storm pass, Bologna equalized thanks to Marko Arnautovic, who won a little too easily in the air upon receiving a center from Musa Barrow (1-1, 28th) . This goal somewhat stunned the defending champion, who ended up losing patience and getting frustrated by stumbling against an impenetrable wall.

After the break, the multiple interist attempts were in vain, in the wake of successive strikes from Federico Dimarco (47th, 49th, 54th), while Skorupski took out a reflex parade against Joaquin Correa (55th) and he was saved by Nicolas Dominguez, on his line (84th). And everything will have changed on a touch of Perisic played back for Ionut Radu. The goalkeeper, replacing a Samir Handanovic forfeited at the last minute for back pain, completely missed his release, allowing Nicola Sansone to seize the opportunity to give Bologna the advantage (1-2, 82nd).

This huge dumpling will perhaps decide the conclusion of the Scudetto, while the smallest detail will pay cash in view of the intense fight at a distance between AC Milan and Inter Milan. Today, the Rossoneri have a slim lead, but the suspense remains unbearable.
