See Indonesian coach, Malaysian legend doesn’t stop Lee Chong Wei from coaching other countries

BOLASPORT.COM – Malaysian badminton legend, Lee Chong Wei, is considering the possibility of starting a coaching career. He also received support from compatriots to accept offers from outside his country.

Lee Chong Wei previously admitted that he was undergoing negotiations with a number of countries that wanted to ask for his hand as a coach.

Singapore, Taiwan, to China are believed to be some of the countries that approached Lee Chong Wei.

Other countries’ interest in the former world number one received a response from BAM (Badminton Association of Malaysia)

BAM, aka Malaysia’s PBSI, signaled that Lee would also be accepted how come if you intend to return to the Malaysian Badminton Academy in Bukit Kiara.

“First, we have to admit that Chong Wei is a legend,” said Secretary General of BAM, Kenny Goh, as reported by BolaSport.com from New Strait Times.

“We are always open to welcome Chong Wei back.”

“We haven’t heard anything from him so far, but yes the door at BAM will always be open for him,” he added.

BAM has just lost three of their coaches, including two of them, Indra Wijaya and Flandy Limpele from Indonesia.
