Porziņģis top scores in “Wizards” victory over “Timberwolves” – Basketball

The Wizards beat the Minnesota team by a score of 132: 114 (35:38, 32:28, 34:27, 31:21), letting their opponents win only the first quarter.

Porziņģis spent 27 minutes and 11 seconds on the field, during which he scored 25 points and became the most productive player of his team.

Liepāja achieved 64.7% accuracy in throws from the game, hitting eight out of 12 two-point throws, as well as three out of five thirds. This time the Latvian did not step on the penalty line.

He also won eight rebounds, made one assertion, blocked one opponent’s throw, received three personal notes and finished the game with a +/- score of +2.

Wizards still had 24 points for Daniel Geford and 21 for Rui Hachimur.

Opponents Carl Anthony Tauns scored 26 points, scored ten rebounds and made four assists.

The Washington club lost hope of entering both the playoffs and the play-in tournament last week. With 35 wins in 79 matches, the Wizards are ranked 11th in the Eastern Conference.
