José Luis Martínez triumphs in the second round of the Parabadminton National Circuit

the conquense Jose Luis Martinezplayer of Club Deportivo Badminton Albatroshas played an excellent role in the second test of the National Circuit of Parabadminton and Inclusivewhich took place last weekend in Ogijares (Granada)by achieving a first and a third place.

Specifically, in the category of inclusive doublestogether with Pedro Martínez from Murcia, from the Las Torres de Cotillas Badminton Club, José Luis Martín lreached the third position of the tournamentdespite not having competed once as teammates, as pointed out by the club.

But the best was yet to come, since the sportsman from Cuenca conquered the highest step of the podium, lto the first position of the tournament, in the grouped Individual category SL4-SU5-SH6 (his category is SU5), giving a good account of each and every one of his rivals, from Toledo, Granada and Xátiva (Valencia), among others, winning all the games played. Triumph that adds to the second position achieved in the first round of the National Circuit held in Vitoria.

The Martinez’s next appointmentrepresenting the Badminton Albatross, will be at the Spanish Parabadminton Championshipto celebrate in Madridfrom vFriday May 6 to Sunday May 8coinciding with the first rackets of the national ranking in dates and pavilion with the Absolute Spanish Badminton Championship.

On the other hand, the participation of the youngest players from the Albatros Badminton Sports Club (Sub11, Sub13, Sub15 and Sub17) will be more immediate, as they will all play the Provincial School-Age Sport Badminton Final the next Sunday April 24, 2022in it Samuel Ferrer Pavilion of the city of Cuenca. Appointment in which the club awaits its classification for the Regional Final, a right that will be achieved by the first four of each category, both male and female.
