In Poland they take for granted the signing of Lewandowski for Barça

Towards the Camp Nou. Robert Lewandowski would have already given the ‘yes, I want’ to the FC Barcelona to become a Blaugrana player from next season. According to the Polish medium TVP Sport, the Bayern Munich striker would have already communicated his decision to disassociate himself from the Bavarian entity this summer.

Despite the offers he had on the table from teams like PSG, Manchester City or Liverpool, the Polish striker would have opted for Barça. His new contract would bind him as a Blaugrana for the next three seasons, that is, until he turns 36.

According to the aforementioned information, Robert Lewandowski would have already informed the German entity of his decision, specifically, the general director of Bayern Munich, Oliver Kahn. The striker would have already closed all the conditions of his new contract through a telephone call with the representatives of Barça.

In this way, it would be understood that Barça would have withdrawn from the bid for the signing of Erling Haaland, whose economic pretensions kept him away from the Camp Nou, due to the delicate financial situation that the Blaugrana entity is going through. In this sense, the Pole’s contract with Bayern Munich ends in 2023, so his departure from the Bundesliga could be carried out at a significantly lower transfer cost than the Norwegian.
