Both have registered for the talent selection draft on June 23, the league announced on Wednesday. Due to their age, they can still withdraw in June. Collin Welp, son of the German European champion Chris Welp who died in 2015, is also hoping for the early jump to the NBA from college.

The 21-year-old point guard Hollatz had recently stated that his registration was initially a “formal step” in order to meet the deadline. The 20-year-old Bruhnke can now test whether he is popular with the clubs in the best league in the world and whether he has a chance of being selected.

The 18-year-old Montenegrin Fedor Zugic from ratiopharm Ulm also reported for the draft for the time being.
