Bidasoa Irun has suffered a lot to beat Nava, 28-26 and is still second. Granollers, tied on points until today, lost 12-17 to Ademar at halftime.

Resistance was expected from Nava, but perhaps not so much after a good start to the game and a 9-4 lead. However, the difference did not grow and was only two goals at halftime, 15-13.

After the break, Irun’s dominance was maintained until 20-16, to later concede a 2-7 run that put the Segovian team ahead, 22-23. With five minutes to go, the naveros were still ahead, 24-25, but two saves by Sierra gave the yellow team air, which with a 3-0 went two up, 27-25, and was able to bring the game to fruition.

Fernández and Julen, with five and four goals, were the most outstanding in the scoring aspect.
