Hamburg (dpa / lno) – Baseball Bundesliga club Hamburg Stealers has planned at least one win in both games (12.00 p.m. / 3.30 p.m.) at the home game opener on Saturday against the Wild Dohren Farmers. “Our plan is to decide the first of the two games for us so that we can go into the second game with confidence and without pressure,” said head coach David Wohlgemuth.
After the guest appearances in Berlin and Bonn, his team has a balance of 1:3 points, Dohren has played one game less and has 1:2 points. Although the Stealers have home rights, he doesn’t see his side as favorites against his former club. “In recent years, the Wild Farmers have often been more successful than the Stealers,” said Wohlgemuth.
