Football: Zlatan Ibrahimovic at the bedside of Mino Raiola, his agent who is fighting for “his” life

Zlatan Ibrahimovic is also a man of heart. The former Parisian demonstrated this Thursday afternoon by going, according to the Italian media La Gazzetta dello Sport and Sport Mediaset, to visit the San Raffaele hospital in Milan, to the one he considers a friend, Mino Raiola. The famous and very powerful players’ agent (who notably has Paul Pogba and Erling Haaland under contract), mistakenly announced dead on Thursday, and who is fighting for “his” life according to doctors.

Mino Raiola, who has been suffering from serious lung problems and has been hospitalized since January, began looking after Ibrahimovic’s interests when he was at Ajax Amsterdam. The two men have remained very close, which explains the visit of the Swedish giant, who has been playing at AC Milan for two years.

The agent also received numerous messages of support. Among them, that of Mario Balotelli. The Italian international striker, under contract in Turkey with Adana Demirspor, was very touched: “I love you. Stay strong, Mino”.

The death of Mino Raiola, hospitalized since January, had previously been wrongly announced by the Italian press, at the beginning of the afternoon. The player representative himself finally commented on the rumor through his Twitter account: “Current health status for those wondering: pissed that they killed me for the second time in four months. Also, it looks like I’m able to resurrect.”
