Niklas Süle (26) is missing from the Champions League cracker!
Bayern has to play without the defense boss in the second leg of the quarter-finals against Villarreal (Tuesday 9 p.m live bei Amazon Prime/ ad) ran. After Süle was out against Augsburg (1-0) last Saturday due to a slight fever, he also missed the final training session on Monday at Säbener Straße.
Trainer Julian Nagelsmann (34) confirms: “Niki is sick. He is now missing four days because he has influenza A. Shit, but they’re back. Bitter for us and for him. He will not be available, not even at the weekend in the league.”
Bayern play at Arminia Bielefeld on Easter Sunday.
The central defender has been missing from Munich for a few weeks. He tore a muscle fiber in mid-March and is now out again.
Also missing: Corentin Tolisso (27/torn ligament), Bouna Sarr (patellar tendon problems) and Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting (bruised knee).
After all: Lucas Hernández (26) is back after bruising his thigh.
