Breaks Football Manager record for longest game: ‘A passion and a love for football but some people won’t understand it’

A true addict of virtual coaching. This is how we could qualify the Polish Pawel Sicinski. The latter has just broken the world record for the longest game on Football Manager, this famous game where any player turns into a real coach and manages his team and much more.

The Football Manager fan started the game on January 4, 2018. He then started with Polish UEFA club Grassroots C. He remained for 416 seasons before joining the colors of Helsingborgs IF, in Sweden, with whom he will evolve until May 18, 2434.

This represents 9,001 hours of play. In total, he won 1,258 trophies, scored 58,900 goals and played 22,300 matches.

The former world record holder, a certain Sepp Hedel, had spent a whopping 333 virtual years in the game.

Pawel Sicinski reacted via his Twitter account to this new world record: “It’s a passion and a love for football. But some people won’t understand it, because only those who love it know how I feel!”
