Klopp likes Milan, but…

No wonder Liverpool were made into trouble by the two city clubs. The reason is, Milan and Inter are in a period of revival and are the strongest candidates to win the Scudetto this season.

Now the top of the Serie A standings is occupied by Milan with a score of 60 points. Inter are one place behind their city rivals by two points, but still have a game in hand.

Jurgen Klopp as Liverpool coach was also asked for his opinion about who would come out as champion between the two teams. Although he didn’t want to show partiality, the German looked more inclined to AC Milan.

“I don’t want to cause trouble. I like Milan and we shouldn’t forget about Juventus and Napoli, as I said. I don’t know who will be the Italian champions,” Klopp said. Football Italia.

The difference between Milan and Inter in Klopp’s eyes

Klopp himself sees Milan and Inter as different clubs. The reason why he prefers the Rossoneri is because of the combination of young and experienced players who work well.

“Both teams are very good. I really like the Milan project with a mix of young and experienced players. I like how they approach the game, the way it plays,” he said.

“Inter have a different setup, they are much more experienced, their man-marking is tough to deal with.”

“If you meet a team from Italy in the draw, you can’t start the party right away. I thought, ‘Oh my God, this is going to be tough’, because you have to work hard,” he concluded.
