Felipe Reyes presents the 1st Solidarity Basketball Cup 3×3 of the Real Madrid Foundation and Onil 3×3

The event will be held at El Corte Inglés in Sanchinarro on April 1, 2 and 3.

The Ambassador of Real Madrid, Philip Reyespresented together with Javier Huertas, a basketball player from the Onil 3×3 club, and with the presence of the director of El Corte Inglés de Sanchinarro, Juan Francisco Ramos, the first 3×3 basketball solidarity Cup of the Foundation. It will be held in collaboration with El Corte Inglés in the Sanchinarro center in Madrid, the first weekend of April.

With the participation of almost half a thousand people, the Cup aims to be an example of sustainability with the use of recycled nets and will have the collaboration of great players of this more dynamic and urban type of basketball that is experiencing a moment of great boom.

Philip Reyes he highlighted: “This first Charity Cup combines the fun of playing basketball with a charitable purpose to help those most in need”. For his part, Javier Huertas explained: “Street basketball has evolved to 3×3, which is positioning itself as a sport that is easily accessible in almost any context.” Juan Francisco Ramos stated: “At the Corte Inglés de Sanchinarro we love that these types of actions are held, by the neighbourhood, by our customers and because we have a young audience that likes all these types of activities”.
