In turn, the City Football Group is looking for a Brazilian club to be the flagship in South America.

The offer of the aforementioned group accounts for the acquisition of 51% of the potential Atletico club-company, which would give this majority power in the structure of Sociedade Anônima do Futebol – SAF.
