News Center Çukurova Basketball Club (ÇBK) Mersin Yeniehir Municipality has recruited Slovenian playmaker Nika Baric. Walking confidently towards its goal of three trophies, Çukurova Basketball strengthened its squad with Nika Baric, the 1.70-meter Slovenian playmaker who has won the EuroLeague Women’s championship three times. Baric, born in 1992, who signed the contract that tied him to orange-dark blue colors, said: “I am very happy to come to a club that has goals. We want to integrate with our fans and bring trophies to our city. We will do our best for this.” Baric, who won the ‘Young Player of the Year’ award in Europe in 2010 and was drafted by the Minnesota Lynx, one of the WNBA teams in 2012, wore the jersey of the Elaz l Special Administration in our country last season. |
