Saturday, in Lamballe, the local judokas shone with their results during the departmental cadet championship with eight podiums and three fighters placed on the thirteen participants. “Five of them climbed to the top step of the podium” proudly announced Jean-Luc Sevin, president of the club.
Céline Le Gall, Anouk Le Toux, Paul Meunier, Auxence Joly, and Louen Cozic won gold. Awen Le Moine won a silver medal. Thomas Boulbin and Yann Reinhard left with a bronze medal. The latter will represent the club during the Brittany championship on Sunday March 20, in Saint-Erblon (Ille-et-Vilaine).
Other judokas have outdone themselves. Périne Leclerc and Nathan Petitcorps finished 5e et Evan Daniel 7e. Their two teachers, Marion Sévin and Dominique Baron, were satisfied with the results.
