Aged 28, Germain Louvet is a star dancer at the Paris Opera. A few weeks away from shining on stage with the ballet La Bayadère, he published the book “Des choses qui se dansent”, a singular text on an environment that is just as special. He tells there in particular how the dance was imposed on him during his childhood. He felt an “overflowing desire” to touch the world around him with the means given to him, namely body and movement.
