“Who steals the show from me?”: Mark Forster brings Lautern-Pokal to the studio – TV

He brought the Betze into the studio.

Real stadium feeling with “Who is stealing the show from me?” On Tuesday evening! Pop star Mark Forster (39) had the job last week from presenter Joko Winterscheidt (42) and was allowed to design the show that evening.

A chance for Forster to reveal his third passion (besides music and his wife Lena Meyer-Landrut): football. He would have loved to have been on the pitch as a professional once: “I love 1. FC Kaiserslautern. But as a footballer, I’m too bad even for the third division, and it will always be a dream. But today I will change that! “

And so Forster not only drove up in the FCK fan bus, but also equipped the audience with all the Betze equipment. The fans affectionately call their Fritz Walter Stadium “Betze”. It stands on the Betzenberg, a 285 meter high hill in the south of the city.

The “The Voice” jury walked into the studio in a tracksuit with loud cheers, and then even sat down at the piano to perform “You’ll never walk alone”. Then he said maliciously: “That, my dear Joko Winterscheidt, that is the mood!”

Anke Engelke (56) could only shake her head speechless – but Forster had another ace up his sleeve. Stadium legend Tom Bartels (56) came to the top of the football fun. He already commented on the World Cup final between Germany and Argentina in 2014 – and now the show too!

In Forster’s sense, of course. And so Bartels blasphemed Joko directly: “For me such an old star who maybe still has a few good minutes.” When a (almost) naked runabout actually raced through the studio and had to be caught, Bartels remarked sternly: “There there is no mercy from our security staff. “Even Riccardo Simonetti (28) has now been gripped by football fever:” That’s really authentic here! “

During the subsequent play “O Sole Trio”, Joko Winterscheidt burst into anger: he hadn’t recognized the song “Africa” by Toto and kicked a hole in the prop wall out of anger!

The criticism of the football commentator followed immediately: “That reminds of Jürgen Klinsmann and Trapattoni. You have to be honest – you have to have your temperament under control! “

While Joko was moaning about foot pain, Bartels continued to pour sugar-sweet compliments on his protégé Forster: “Another game that Forster moderated flawlessly. Not a single mishap. ”He could hardly take his eyes off the trophy that 1. FC Kaiserslautern had given him:“ This is the real DFB Cup from 1995. Don’t touch it! ”

As a true local patriot, Mark Forster even trilled an anti-drug song in Palatinate and had organized a covered wagon including a Helmut Kohl picture for the next round.

He tried to formulate the first question: “The famous Palatinate Handkäs’, who doesn’t love him …” Riccardo Simonetti already believed he knew the answer and rang his bell: “Nobody. You asked: Who doesn’t love him? “Mortally offended, Forster corrected:” That wasn’t the question yet. ”

Actually, he wanted to know what was going on with the “Handkäs’ with Music”. Then Joko knew the answer, who answered correctly after a fit of laughter: “Onions.”

But it wasn’t just the stars who made a mistake – when studio viewer Marius (26) stepped in for Simonetti to help the audience, there were evil looks from FCK-Ultra Forster. Marius is from Dresden and explained: “That’s why I feel extremely uncomfortable because I’m wearing an FCK sweater.”

When he announced that he was working in a finance and insurance company, Forster gave the full broadside: “Boring shit job. Dresden is also an ugly city. ”Even Joko protested:“ Tell me! ”Forster quickly rowed back:“ But I’ll be playing a concert there soon. Greetings to Dresden! “

Despite the home advantage, Forster was unable to defend his title in the end. Joko Winterscheidt got his moderation job back in the finale and will lead again next Thursday through “Who is stealing the show from me?”.

One can congratulate Mark Forster anyway: His birthday was (had) been on Tuesday. Congratulations!
