On Saturday January 22, the selections for the 1st division regional championship and the 2nd national cadet division championship took place in Réalmont in the Tarn.
Tristan Even and Léane Belet, judokas from the Cavalier Judo Club, took part in this competition.
After a first fight won by decision of the referees, Tristan won his second fight by ippon. Unfortunately, he lost the final. He finished 2nd in his class. He thus has the choice of participating in the 1st division regional championship or the 2nd division national championship.
Léane lost all her fights in a high level category despite some good attacks and several points scored.
