They pay the agro traders to their company for the collection of used oils. And anyone who tried to go against them was beaten up. This is what the carabinieri of the Casal di Principe Company discovered, following a detailed investigation coordinated by the Dda of the Naples Public Prosecutor’s Office.
The military, this morning, carried out an order for the application of a precautionary measure in prison issued by the GIP Office of the Court of Naples against three subjects of Casapesenna e Casal di Principe, against which serious indications were deemed to exist in relation to the crimes of illicit competition with threats or violence and attempted extortion, with the aggravating circumstance of the mafia method and mafia facilitation (Casalesi clan).
The investigation activity, carried out during the year 2021, made it possible to collect serious evidence of guilt about the crimes charged, committed at least in that year by requiring commercial businesses in the agro-area to have the waste oils collected through a company attributable to the suspects, exploiting the force of intimidation given by belonging to the Clan dei Casalesi- facazione Zagaria who facilitated and, on one occasion, hit a local businessman with a baseball bat to stop competing with him.
