Sambi Lokonga and Arsenal lose to Liverpool and a great Diogo Jota

The first leg ended in a 0-0 draw last week. The Reds join Chelsea in the final of the competition. With Albert Sambi Lokonga incumbent, the Gunners gave in to the onslaught of Diogo Jota twice, the Portuguese being served by Alexander-Arnold on his two goals (19th and 77th). The exclusion of Thomas Partey at the end of the game, for two yellow cards in less than 20 minutes of play, turned out to be anecdotal.

Albert Sambi Lokonga played the whole game in front of the Arsenal defence, while Divock Origi was not on the Liverpool scoresheet. The Belgian striker is still struggling with his recent knee injury even though his return is approaching, according to his coach Jurgen Klopp.
