Report: Catherine Raîche is a candidate for general manager position in Minnesota

Originally from Montreal, Canada, Raîche, a law graduate with a master’s degree in tax, began her sports management career at the Canadian Football League (CFL) as managing coordinator for the Montreal Alouettes between 2015 and 2017; In his senior year with the Alouettes he became an assistant general manager. Before jumping to the NFL, she spent two seasons as the managing director of the Toronto Argonauts.

Susan Tose Spencer was the first woman to be the general manager of an NFL team. Tose Spencer was the GM of the Philadelphia Eagles between 1983 and 1985; She also held the positions of vice president and legal counsel for the team.
