Phoenix – Last year’s finalist Phoenix Suns has extended its winning streak in the NBA to six successes.

The basketball team around leader Chris Paul got a 113:103 against the Indiana Pacers and is still clearly ahead of the Golden State Warriors at the top of the Western Conference. Paul had a strong 16 assists and also contributed 18 points to the 36th win of the season for the team that lost to the Milwaukee Bucks in the NBA Finals last season.

Even without the ailing star Giannis Antetokounmpo, the defending champion also got a win and went out with a 133:127 against the Sacramento Kings. The Bucks remain fourth in the North American League’s Eastern Conference behind leaders Brooklyn Nets, the Chicago Bulls and the Miami Heat. With two wins fewer, the Cleveland Cavaliers follow in fifth place. They won their home game against the Oklahoma City Thunder 94-87.
