Philippe Clement’s move from Club Bruges to Monaco seems to be just a matter of time. If nothing is official yet, the coach was present this Sunday in the early evening in the stands of the little one from Quevily-Rouen (L2) to attend the Coupe de France meeting between the Norman club and the Monegasques. He is accompanied by his assistants Johan Van Rusmt, Jonas Ivens and goalkeeper coach Frederic De Boever who should also accompany him to Monaco.
Barring a huge surprise, Philippe Clement should take over from Niko Kovac in the coming days at the head of the main team. The Croatian’s dismissal was officially announced this Saturday after a bad start to the season and only a 6th place in Ligue 1.
