The Russian team requested the suspension after multiple team members tested positive for COVID-19, leaving the team without the minimum of eight eligible players to play.
The Eurocopa match between Olimpia de Ljubljana and Promitheas Patras, corresponding to the ninth day of that competition, has also been suspended.
The Slovenian team requested the suspension because local legislation imposes restrictive measures on the team after several members test positive for COVID-19, which leaves it without the minimum of eight players eligible to play.
