Mazatlán, Sin.- With a great year in college basketball, Nico Garcia has in mind this 2022 stand out in the professional field, in order to seek a consolidation within the burst sport, being up to university and Mexican preselected.
García, who has tested himself with the best in Mexico, hopes that some professional team Observe it, since it is one of the goals that you want to meet in this 2022 that is just beginning.
At the national level, García Williams was summoned to the university preselection and participated in a blank event in El Paso, Texas, he also appeared as the second best player in assists with Lions from Universidad Anáhuac Querétaro, in the ABE Division 1 University League.
“Another dream that came true was to represent my university, Anáhuac, in my last year of studies, in the CONDDE processes, it was difficult because as I mentioned there had been no formal games, but it was possible to return to activity”.
Representing Mexico, last year, was something that left the Buenos Aires basketball player with a great taste in the mouth, who at 24 years of age, has been firm on the Mexican court.
“One goal that I fulfilled was to wear the Mexican uniform as a university preselection in the tour we did and to be playing a good level basketball, without a doubt the return to the court in 2021 was very good “Garcia said.
Now the porteño hopes to fix some school issues, to try to prove himself with some professional teams, or why not play for CIBACOPA, with the home team, as he did on occasion as a youth.
“Right now we return to Querétaro to close the issues with the university and we hope that in 2022 we can do what we like the most, which is to play basketball and be part of a professional team, consolidate myself for that part”.
