PSG are desperately trying to make room in their midfield so they can bring in Tanguy Ndombele but a second player reportedly refused to leave Paris to join Tottenham. While the capital club wants to drag players as part of a possible exchange, the name of Ander Herrera had appeared according to information from The Athletic. Although he doesn’t know the Premier League very well, the Basque refused to return.

According to the same source, Herrera has made it known that he would agree to return to the English Premier League only if it was to join his former club Manchester United where he played for five years. But according to the latest news, Manchester United are not interested in a return of their former player despite the player’s high popularity among the fans. The Red Devils are not against a rookie in midfield if a good deal arises, but the name of the Basque midfielder has never been mentioned.

If Herrera is therefore heading towards a Parisian future, the situation is very different for Colin Grow. PSG recently rejected approaches from Venice who wanted him on loan, but the Spanish sports newspaper Marca announces that the 23-year-old right-back is still pushing hard to leave Paris. Real Mallorca where PSG have already loaned Rico are also interested in Dagba’s services and the latter is pushing to be able to leave.

On the Parisian side, it is the Parisian coach Mauricio Pochettino who would not be very keen to release the player due to the uncertainties linked to the Covid-19 which sometimes makes players unavailable at the last moment. Mallorca have seen their first loan request until the end of the season for Dagba rejected, but the Spanish club are expected to return shortly, driven by Dagba’s desire to be able to play on a more regular basis.
