Magallan: ‘I love Anderlecht, but staying here won’t just depend on me’

Arrived on loan from Ajax Amsterdam, Lisandro Magallan made his mark in Anderlecht. Discreet in the media, the central defender has agreed to give us his first European interview.

“Harwood-Bellis pushed me to become better” he loose in particular about his former teammate. Now the 28-year-old is in competition with another Mauve: “If Hannes Delcroix plays in my place? I would accept the coaches’ decision. Internal competition makes us better.”

Anderlecht, who are unbeaten in Magallan’s 13 appearances, have a €5m option to buy him. “Right now I’m focusing on football. We’ll see in the end. It won’t just be up to me. But I love Anderlecht. Yes, I know the club has a tradition of Argentines. Lately Frutos has been went to Neerpede and we talked” explains the interested party to us.
