The most important college basketball league in Mexico will return.
At the conclusion of the General Assembly of the Student Basketball Association, those involved determined that the season will return in March according to the general director of the ABE League, Mtro. Yair Olano Galicia, asked the affiliated universities to confirm their participation until February 10.
In the case of Zorros, CETYS Universidad has not given its answer, its men’s and women’s teams are in Division I, the women’s branch presumes to win the 2017-18 Big Eight Tournament, being hosts at the “Rodrigo Valle Hernández” Auditorium in Tijuana.
Once the list of participants is made, the board will proceed to the competition system that, tentatively, can be North Zone, Central Zone and South Zone, then they will define the calendar, venues for the Big Eight Tournament and the Division II National Championship.
