Leave Europe, Egy and Witan Replace Chanatip in Japan?

GenPI.co – Is it true that Egy Maulana Vikri and Witan Sulaeman have the opportunity to leave Europe to replace Chanathip Songkrasin at Consadole Sapporo, Japan?

Thai star Chanathip Songkrasin has officially left Japanese club Consadole Sapporo which he has played for for 4.5 years.

The Thai national team midfielder moved closer to another Japanese club, Kawasaki Frontale after being given a dowry of IDR 62 billion.

This value makes Chanathip Songkrasin listed as one of the most expensive transfers in the Japanese League.

This is understandable given the quality of the game, Chanthip Songkrasin has become a key player for Consadole Sapporo since joining in 2017.

Songkrasin’s departure certainly makes Consadole Sapporo need to find a replacement that has commensurate quality or at least has promising potential.

In response to this, a Malaysian media, namely Vocket FC, compiled a list of Southeast Asian players deemed suitable to replace Songkrasin’s position at Consadole Sapporo.

Surprisingly, the media dragged two Indonesian national team players namely Egy and Witan who are currently playing in Europe.
