John Wall on the start … on one condition!

Stuck at the Rockets but still eager to make his return to the court, John Wall hopes for a positive outcome in the coming weeks, especially with the deadline. The leader could leave thanks to the interest he generates, but not under any conditions.

Despite the great difficulties of the Rockets on this campaign, they who will end up well placed in the next draft, John Wall is not solicited by the staff. The leader had yet taken steps to make his return to the team, but nothing succeeded.

A pretty cruel scenario for the former Wizard, who still aspires to evolve this season, whether with Houston or another franchise in need of his talents. The good news ? The interest is there, with front offices interested in its skills … but with a downside in the lot.

John Wall cut after the deadline?

As often with Wall, it is his massive contract that comes back to the fore. With 91 million for his two remaining years, the leader weighs heavily in a salary cap, enough to slow down the teams from taking action. The only possibility? That it is cut, for example after the deadline, as confirmed by Shams Charania.

Teams are expressing interest in Rockets point guard John Wall if he ends up as a free agent in the market, but a trade or buyout is unlikely. Wall has yet to receive 91.7 million on his contract for next season.

The Wall case has therefore not changed: the interest is there, but nobody really wants to give up assets for a player with a monster contract. Cruel for the player, who would like to have fun on a floor, but simply has to keep in shape hoping for a positive outcome in the coming months:

John Wall is stuck at the Rockets, who refuse to release him, or have him play. No choice for the player, who will have to wait and wait again, with a possible outcome after the deadline. We can’t wait to find it on a parquet floor.
