8:06 – Feyenoord and Vitesse are still arguing about the transfer of Riechedly Bazoer. The 25-year-old defender annex midfielder has an expiring contract with the Arnhem team, but his employer still hopes to cash in a lot. Feyenoord, on the other hand, is not prepared to pay a lot of money and is cautiously thinking of another solution.
According to Feyenoord Transfermarkt Vitesse has expressed that it requires three million euros for the player who can be picked up on a free transfer during the winter break. However, Feyenoord is not prepared to travel to Arnhem with that amount: the Rotterdammers only have half of the requested amount left for Bazoer, who must provide Feyenoord’s midfield with a quality boost.
Feyenoord has therefore not yet made an official offer for the midfielders. Feyenoord hopes to resolve it in the short term with the number four in the Eredivisie. If that fails, Feyenoord will quickly switch to other candidates. One of them is Tonny Vilhena, who is currently under contract with the Russian FK Krasnodar.
The Rotterdammers will wave goodbye to another player in the short term. Naoufal Bannis will finish the season at Keuken Kampioen Divisional club NAC Breda. Bannis makes a good impression at training sessions, but does not get to play because of the competition up front.
