Clone Chilli Morning ready for the sport

Two years ago the top eventer died unexpectedly Chilli Morning (by Phantomic xx) at the age of 22. Under William Fox-Pitt, he was the most successful eventing stallion in eventing history. Owner Chris Stone announced that three clones of Chilli Morning are ready to take over his duties in sport and breeding. One is the now five-year-old Quattro who is in training with Gemma Tattersall. The British posted a video of the horse on Facebook.

Chilli Morning was the most successful eventing stallion in eventing history. Of his 45 international starts, he finished in the top ten no fewer than 23 times. He ran his final race at the 2016 Rio Olympics under William Fox-Pitt. There the duo took twelfth place individually.

Imposing career

In their impressive career, Fox-Pitt and Chilli Morning Badminton of 2015, won individual bronze and team silver at the 2014 WEG and triumphed three times in a row at Bramham.

Three clones

Meanwhile, Chilli Mornings owner Chris Stone had three clones, Deuce, Trey and Quattro, of his stallion produced in America. Quattro was placed with Gemma Tattersall for his training. Tattersall showed that the five-year-old has talent with the following video on her Facebook page.
