Badminton for children of cultural and sporting awakening in Plougourvest – Plougourvest

Since the start of the January school year, children of cultural and sporting awakening have discovered badminton at the sports hall on Tuesday evening, January 11. The sessions are led by Julien accompanied by Cédric and Alicia, from the Badminton Club Lanvol, from Plouzévédé. On the program: discovery of equipment, hot flying games, motor courses, juggling, balancing relay with racket… So many workshops that allow children to exercise physically while respecting the instructions requested.
