Romain Cannone joins the EDF group

The EDF team welcomes its 29th athlete and expands its number of disciplines represented to 16. The team is made up of 13 women, 16 men, 12 disabled athletes and 17 able-bodied athletes, a very important variety of profiles for the group. A collective that has won 42 Olympic and Paralympic medals, and 41 World Champion titles. The 24-year-old therefore joins the cream of French sport.

With the Paris Olympics in sight

“I am joining EDF in two ways since I am joining the Team and I have just started my job as management controller within the Group, indicates Romain Cannone, in a press release. I’m very happy that EDF understands the double project of a high-level athlete, it’s essential for an athlete to live well and practice his sport well and I think that EDF has understood everything! ». A partnership that delights the Olympic champion who will aim to repeat the feat in just over two years, during the Paris 2024 Olympics.
