An American couple, Michael and Amber Naab, is accused of a felony for falsifying vaccination certificates against covid-19 to watch the football game between the Buffalo Bills and the New England Patriots on Saturday, January 15.
“The presentation of a false immunization record, with the intent to deceive another person or entity, is a crime,” said Erie County, New York, District Attorney John J. Flynn. The two defendants are accused of “criminal possession of a forged instrument in the second degree”, and if convicted they could face a maximum sentence of up to seven years in prison.
The defendants are accused of intentionally presenting a falsified #COVID19 vaccination card at Highmark Stadium for the @BuffaloBills game on January 15, 2022.
