“There are a certain number of children who want to play baseball but can’t.” Satoru Nakagiri, who is the representative of the team, felt a sense of crisis about the current situation surrounding youth baseball. Tea duty, getting out of the car, refereeing the game … It is difficult to secure time in a family where both husband and wife work, and there are cases where it is not possible to respond to the motivation of the child.
It wasn’t another person’s affair for Mr. Nakagiri either. “My wife was against having her son play baseball if the burden on her parents was too heavy,” he said with a bitter smile. However, even though my child was interested in baseball, I felt that the convenience of parents should not be a hurdle.
Practice once a week and set within 4 hours. Convene qualified nurses to coach so that parents can rest assured that they are not always watching the practice.
