Valeria Pinos wins in swimming

One of the first tests to be carried out yesterday in the framework of the Latin American Police and Firefighter Games was swimming, which was held at the facilities of the Lebanese Potosino Club, where the tests were coordinated by the Olympic athlete, Daniel Delgadillo.

On the results that were presented in the first of two days, below, the first three places and their respective times.

MEDALISTS IN JUDO

Judo was the first event of those held in the Plaza de Armas of San Luis Potosí that awarded medals in these Latin American Games of Police and Firefighters 2021.

For the category under 81 kilograms, between 18 and 39 years of age, the gold medal went to Bolivian Milton Maidana, while Mexican officials Joaquín Hernández and José Rosas got silver and bronze respectively.

In the category of more than 100 kilos for people over 40 years old, the gold was obtained by José Castro, who beat the hydro-warm Néstor García in the final.

In the category of less than 70 kilograms, the Mexican Ramsés Ibarra was the winner against his compatriot Gregorio Muñiz.

Regarding the category of less than 73 kilograms for those over 40 years old, the absolute winner was Arturo Miranda, also from Mexico.
