Tijuana, home of the badminton preselective

Tijuana Baja California.- To close the year, with more than 70 players, the second badminton preselection session organized by the State Association of this sport will take place this Thursday, December 30, at the CAR Tijuana Multipurpose Gymnasium.

This competition will be held on twelve courts and from 8 in the morning to 8 at night, which will serve to classify our athletes for future tournaments including the 2022 Conade National games.

Coach Jonathan Morales commented that it is the state preselective “which will be handled in three dates, we already had the first one in Ensenada a couple of weeks ago and this time it is Tijuana’s turn in a single day.”

Hoping that the weather allows them, the coach commented that they expect a total of 75 players, Tijuana is the municipality that got 50 players, from Mexicali there are 8 athletes and from Ensenada there are 15 registered, in addition to some guests.

The ages that are being managed are Sub15, Sub17 and Sub19, as well as the promotional one for children from the state sports reserve or initiation, which are Sub13.
