The National Civil Police (PNC) reported this morning on the arrests of three MS13 gang members in the city of San Miguel, accused of the crimes of injuries and threats.
The subjects have been identified as Gilber Ismael Umanzor, Alexander Lara Flores and Ismael Estrada Sorto, who were arrested after prompt police action.
According to police information, the subjects forced the victim to get out of his vehicle in which he was driving and later attacked her multiple times with a baseball bat and then fled.
The authorities intervened shortly and managed to transfer the injured man to a care center.
On the other hand, agents of the Operational Tactical Section (STO) proceeded with the capture in flagrante delicto of Walter Aníbal Cerén, alias “Rambo”, who is accused of illicit drug trafficking.
In the procedure developed in Quezaltepeque, La Libertad, 127 small portions of marijuana were seized.
