The Leonese team has obtained two gold medals and one bronze in the Spanish Championship
The León Taekwondo Club has participated in the Spanish Club Taekwondo Championship that has been held in Benidorm. The Leonese team has obtained two golds and a bronze in the Spanish Championship.
Two gold medals
Chaima Zahraoui has been proclaimed champion of Spain again for the second time after making three fights, winning all by points difference in the second round. Great closing of the pre-cadet category and of the year 2021 where he has not lost a single fight, winning the 5 competitions in which he has participated.
Christopher Blanco has obtained the gold medal in the precadet category. The member of the Leonese team manages to be champion of Spain after winning a very fought final and where he knew how to concentrate and do very well until the end.
A bronze and a junior champion
Hugo Huerga has obtained the bronze medal in the precadet category by winning his first fight and losing in the semifinals despite winning in the first round.
Finally, Yohanna Gorgojo has won her first fight and lost in the second with which she was later proclaimed junior champion of Spain, making a very serious fight and having options to win until the end.
