The Washington Football Team added Joey Slye to the Injured Reserve list following his hamstring injury. This means that the 25-year-old is absent for at least three weeks. Slye had only come to the capital during the season after being fired from the San Francisco 49ers. Brian Johnson is supposed to catch the failure of the kicker. The rookie was featured in four games for the New Orleans Saints this season, where he was able to convert all of his eight field goal attempts, but missed three extra points.
