Judokas Alberto and Marta Gaitero, Inés Villahoz and coach Víctor Gómez attended A Coruña on December 27, 28 and 29 to participate in this international Congress aimed at women
The lagoon team of the Finisterre Judo Club made up of Alberto Gaitero, Marta Gaitero, Inés Villahoz and coach Víctor Gómez attended the concentration of ‘Judo en Feminino 13ª Xornadas Internacionais’ on December 27, 28 and 29. These Christmas judo days are held in A Coruña organized by the Xunta de Galicia and are dedicated to sportswomen, although both male and female judokas participated in the various activities.
In these days a Special Gala was held for the delivery of the ‘Federal Gala’ awards based on merits and results obtained in the last two years. The Titan Judo Club of Laguna de Duero was decorated with two trophies: the trophy for the best male judoka for Alberto Gaitero; and the trophy for the best teacher for Víctor Gómez. Thus, the Commission for the Evaluation of Merits of the Galician Judo Federation wanted to reward the good work of the judo club in Laguna during these last two years.
