The Huesca Basketball Delegation has exceeded the barrier of 100 teams, 109 in total, and reaches participation figures that place it at the height of its best years in the sport of the basket. Step by step, the registration figures for teams this season were feeding the possibility that Huesca basketball will reach the figure of 100 teams, according to the FAB magazine.

The first joy came with the teams that enroll in the FAB Leagues, 24, later the good reception of the Senior Men’s Social League was announced with 10 teams and the Cadet and Children’s School Leagues with 36. And later, the minibasket It also responded with 18 teams in the Leagues organized by the Huesca Delegation and the Hoya de Huesca Region and 21 teams in the Paco Corrales Provincial Minibasket Circuit. A great success for the Huesca Delegation, chaired by Carlos Lorés, and of all those who make up the great Huesca basketball family, clubs, schools, towns, athletes, coaches, managers, referees, sponsors.

The Huesca Delegation has announced the registration period for the Provincial Senior Men’s Social League, aimed at teams from the towns of the province. The Senior Women’s Social League and this next month will convene the Ibercaja School League.

This increase in teams can serve as a call effect for those clubs and localities that had basketball years ago and that for different reasons were leaving it in recent years.
It can also be an incentive for coaches and referees who had left it to return or join Huesca basketball and who of course will have more teams to train and games to referee.
