Sylvester Stallone talks about allegations that he is a sympathizer of QAnon

Is Sylvester Stallone a supporter of the conspiracy movement QAnon !? Followers of the myth-laden fairy tale cult under the sign of a curved Q had spread these claims en masse after a self-shot photo of Stallone surfaced on the network.

The picture shows the 75-year-old actor from New York’s poor neighborhood Hells Kitchen with a blue baseball cap with a Q logo in the middle. In addition the sentence “Heading into a Storm …”, which in turn can also be interpreted as a QAnon reference. The “storm” metaphor appears many times in the saga of the right-wing US network. When the Capitol in Washington DC was stormed in January 2021, this took on a frighteningly real dimension.

As reported by the news magazine “Newsweek”, various large QAnon accounts took note of Stallone’s selfie with enthusiasm. “One look at the cap and the picture line is enough: Stallone knows!”, Announced a relevant address at Telegram. The excitement surrounding the actors of “Rambo” and “Rocky”, who last appeared as a hobby painter, was perfect.

He reported back in an Instagram post from Sunday afternoon. He announced that “the Q on the baseball cap stands for Quantum Of Solace, the name of the boat I was on recently. NOT something else, ok? So everyone relax! Enjoy life and let other people enjoy theirs. Skin in! ”The“ Storm ”addition from the original post remained uncommented

The QAnon suspicions of some observers also stem from the fact that Stallone is known as a fan of ex-President Trump. “I love Donald Trump,” said Stallone at the start of his 2016 term. Stallone later appeared with Trump in the Oval Office to celebrate the posthumous pardon of black heavyweight world champion Jack Johnson. He also attended several events at Trump’s Mar-A-Lago holiday palace, including a fundraiser in April 2021.
